She currently serves as Chief Programming and Innovation Officer at Kripalu, stewarding one of the most significant cultural evolutions in the iconic center’s history. From 2023 to 2025, she has led the Sacred Artist Residency, a heart-centered sanctuary serving over 90 artists in reconnecting with the true source of their creative power.
For 20 years prior, she was the creative and business partner to
Alicia Keys, and founder of Keep a Child Alive and the We Are Here Movement.
Her leadership shapes both the visible stages of culture and the unseen systems that sustain them.
